Confiscation order against Armagh man - 16 May 2008

The Social Security Agency Financial Investigation Unit obtained a Confiscation Order to the value of £21,081.09 against William Davison (53), Woodlawn Heights, Armagh yesterday at Belfast Crown Court.

The defendant had pleaded guilty on 3 March 2008 to charges of failing to declare capital in excess of the allowed threshold
